Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, from around 12:00 to around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant found in the D Beauty Room operated by the victim C in Changwon-si, Masan-si, and did not reach an agreement on the case in which the victim filed a complaint before, and thereby, obstructed the victim’s business by force, including the victim’s telephone for about 30 times.
