A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In relation to the opening of the C University Lifelong Education Institute Course D and E, the Defendant, as a person who works as a traditional civilization education instructor, was at the C University Lifelong Education Institute F in 2013, and as a result, the Defendant was apprehended to open a course by making it difficult for the Defendant to register ten students as a minimum number of students necessary for the establishment of a class of traditional civilization D and E in collusion with other students D and E, by using the family name of his/her family members who have no intention to attend the course.

Accordingly, the Defendant filed an application to attend a course under her husband G, D husband H, and E, as if he was the actual students of the course, and as if he met the minimum number of students necessary for opening a course, the steering committee to which the victim belongs grants approval for opening a course, and accordingly, opened a class for traditional popularization as a three-month course from September 5, 2013 to December 26, 2013.

The Defendant, in collusion with D and E, interfered with the victim’s normal management of school affairs by deceptive means.

2. The Defendant, as an examiner of the J Art War organized by Kimhae-si, had his activities as a civilian part of the J Art World.
