1. Construction work that newly constructs a factory building D located in Kimpo-si according to the contract agreement with the Plaintiff of the Defendants.

A. The construction contract to build a factory building was also concluded.

The agreement between the plaintiff and the defendants on land and building construction contracts was prepared in several times as shown above.

1. The seller of the sale and purchase contract on February 6, 2013: The Plaintiff’s location: D, E’s share 3,582 square meters, total floor area of 1,090 square meters (330 square meters) and 64 square meters in shares of 3,646 square meters in total (road size) and 40 percent in building-to-land ratio, and 3,646 square meters in total (road size of a site): 1,103 square meters.

1. The buyer shall pay the sale price to the seller as follows:

Division of land 1,200,000,000, and total of 454,50,000,000,000

2. The buyer shall pay the purchase price of the immovables to the seller as follows:

KRW 1,654,50,000 for total sale price of KRW 165,00 for the down payment of KRW 165,000 for the contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 1,035,00,000 for the contract shall be paid at the same time with the transfer of land registration within 10 days after the completion of the civil works (the retaining wall works).

Any balance of 454,500,000 won until May 31, 2013 * the scheduled time for occupancy of the basic contract details for construction works: the scheduled time for occupancy after three months (the end of May) from the contract date may be changed according to the completion schedule.

The sn beamline (H beamline =400m x 200m) The registration tax shall be borne by the buyer when the ownership transfer is transferred.

Development charges and acquisition tax for land category change shall be borne by seller.

A seller shall pay 40,000,000 won on the contract date among the contract deposit of 165,000,000,000 won for the condition that the purpose of use is changed from the permission of a manufacturing place to the factory (this sales contract becomes null and void, and the down payment shall be immediately returned), and shall pay 100,000,000 won on February 20, and 25,000,000 won on March 15, 200.

The seller of February 7, 2013: The Plaintiff’s location: D, E’s share 3,582 square meters, total floor area of 1,090 square meters (330 square meters) and 64 square meters in a road share of 60% of the building-to-land ratio, total area of 3,646 square meters in a total area of 40% of the building-to-land ratio (road size of a site): 1,103 square meters.

1. The buyer shall pay the sale price to the seller as follows:
