1. At the same time, the Defendant received KRW 22,826,645 from the Plaintiff, and at the same time, entered in the attached list in the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant concluded a contract with the Plaintiff under which the two-story detached houses of reinforced concrete building, which were constructed on the ground of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-gun, the Defendant owned (hereinafter “instant land”) and the said land would be sold together with the said land (hereinafter “instant contract”).

1. Location and name: D buildings located in Yangyang-gun C in Gyeonggi-do;

2. Date of commencement: The scheduled date of completion, March 2014: November 2014.

(a) Building structure: Two-story detached houses of reinforced concrete structure;

(b) A lake and square: 25.01 square meters (exclusive use) of 82.68 square meters per Dong;

(c) Internal structure: 1 floor (main room/living room/ toilet) and 2 floors (c).

4. Land: 120 square meters (36.3 square meters) - The purpose of this Agreement is to sell the above-mentioned housing to "A" (the defendant) and to provide for matters necessary for the purchase of "A", including road shares;

Article 2 (Sales Price and Payment Method) (1) Housing sale price shall be as follows:

The portion of a site: The portion of the building (Won 36,00,000 won): The amount of KRW 124,000,000 for the building: The amount of KRW 124,00,000 for each VAT (Won 124,00,000).

1.The down payment - this0 million won (Won 20,000,000) shall be payable simultaneously with the contract.

2. The intermediate payment - Liman million won (Won 70,000,000) shall be paid not later than November 15, 2014.

3. Balance - Dol0 million won (Won 70,000,000) shall be paid by making use of bank loans within three months after completion.

Article 5 (Sale Area) The sale area of buildings and land may be increased or decreased within the limit of the error permitted by the statutes, in inevitable cases such as procedures for public book adjustment, etc., but when there is an increase or decrease, the price shall be calculated based on the price at the time of conclusion of the contract for sale.
