Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the night room in the military acid support of the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the military prison on December 8, 2015.
[Criminal facts]
1. Night intrusion theft;
A. On January 30, 2016, around 04:26, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrecepted door at the Eel 310 heading room administered by the victim D located in Ansan-dong-si, Dong-si; (b) intruded the victim’s room into the victim’s room; and (c) stolen the victim’s cash, holding the victim’s wall located in the cremation room, and 270,000 won.
B. On March 27, 2016, at around 05:25, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered the Helel 510 heading room located in the FF located in Ansan-dong, into the victim’s room; (b) invaded into the victim’s room; and (c) went into the victim’s room and stolen the victim’s cash holding KRW 205,00,000, located in the victim’s locking room.

On May 26, 2016, at around 03:40 on May 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim’s room by opening an unrecepted door at 307 heading room and entering the victim’s room, and (b) stolen the victim’s cash owned by the victim’s 70,000 won and identification cards.
2. On May 26, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny intrusion by night room room room: (a) had a door installed without correction of the guest rooms of the above 509 and 503 at the Hmoas operated by the J located in Ansan-si on May 26, 2016; and (b) had attempted to steal the victim’s name in the victim’s room because the victim’s name was in the room and influence of property by intrusion upon the victim’s name and influence, the Defendant renounced the victim’s name and influence.
