A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months and by not more than one year and six months for the crimes of No. 2 in the holding of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

(1) On November 6, 2014, the Seoul District Court sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion, larceny, etc. at night, and 4 months from the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, which was sentenced to four months from July 24, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in a military prison on December 8, 2015. On December 8, 2016, the Daegu District Court sentenced 1 year and six months from imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion, larceny, etc. at night, and completed the execution of the sentence in a prison on November 23, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On February 7, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the door-to-door entrance of the victim D (foreign nationality) located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, around 04:50 to 05:00; and (b) opened and intruded into the door-to-door entrance of the victim D (foreign nationality) located in the room 503 room; and (c) opened the wall-to-face and the cell phone of the victim located on his/her own seat.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 3,063,80,00, total amount of KRW 3,000,000, such as one cocode equivalent to KRW 960,000, the market value of the victim’s ownership, one 1,50,000, and one 3,0063,80,000, in total, of KRW 1,000,000, in the case of Samsung gallon, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 100,00,00.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On December 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a H 205 heading room projected by the victim G located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened a H 205 heading room to be covered by the victim G located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (c) the victim was divingd with the victim’s walling department located in the bank and bank owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 1,130,000, total amount of KRW 300,000,000, total amount of KRW 1,130,000, total amount of KRW 30,000,000, market price of LG mobile phone owned by the victim.

B. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant is in the Jung-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City around 03:42 to 03:57.
