Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives while possessing a unregistered motor bicycle.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act driving the above vehicle around October 21, 2013, and driving it along the four-lane new distribution channel in front of the distribution elementary school in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, along the two-lane distance from the front of the distribution elementary school in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
