A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

around October 21, 2014, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 393,” connects the Internet “China Highest Kafa” website to a computer in the Defendant’s residence located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and 102, and sells the 19 foot motor vehicle wheelchairs on the bulletin board.

The phrase " shall be posted," and "3 million won shall be sent to the victim D who reported and contacted it, as soon as possible, to send the object to the door-to-door."

“A false statement” was made.

However, since the defendant did not have a wheel chairs, there was no intention or ability to sell the above articles even if he received the price from the injured party.

Nevertheless, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet website to sell an article that is not held from the victim to December 25 of the same year, including the receipt of KRW 100,000 and KRW 200,000 on the same day from the victim to the deposit account in the name of the Defendant (Account Number: E), and received a total of KRW 3,449,000 over 15 times as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive each property.

The Defendant, around December 11, 2014, posted a letter to the effect that “the purchase of heavy typists” on the bulletin board of “BMW club Kafe,” “BMW club Kafe,” will send 70,000 won to the Victim F by phone, and immediately send the typ, “on the transfer of KRW 70,000,000.”

“A false representation was made.”

However, there was no intention or ability to sell other terms even if they receive money from the injured party.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 70,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (H) in the name of G on the same day, as well as from December 11, 2014 to July 21, 2015, on a total of 18 occasions, as described in [Attachment] List of Crimes.
