1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount corresponding to the "official fees" stated in the attached list and each corresponding amount.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company aimed at the passenger transport business. The plaintiff 3A, 9 B, 12 C, 36 D, 37 E, 37, 38 F, 39 G, 40 H, 41 I, 42 J, and 43 K retired from the defendant company. The plaintiff 32 L, 33 M, 34 N, 35 N, and 35O retired from the defendant company. The remaining plaintiffs are workers working in the defendant company.
B. Wages to be paid to the employees of the Defendant were determined in accordance with the wage agreement concluded between the Defendant and the Korea Automobile Workers’ Union branch, and the main contents of the wage agreement from 2009 to 2011 are as follows.

1. 15 days of full-time work in the Si's pay and working types, 14 days of full-time work in the Si's pay 4,680 (Written Wage Agreement, 2009), 14 days of full-time work in the Si's pay 5,010 (Written Wage Agreement, 201), 5,200 of Si's pay (Written Wage Agreement, 201);
2. A work allowance of 10,120 won shall be paid to only the persons who have worked a day on board;
(The Wage Agreement of 209 to 201). 3. Risk Allowances No. 80, and 12,000 won per day shall be paid to persons who have worked on seat bus routes.
However, during the trial period, risk allowances shall not be paid (the Wage Agreement, 2009 through 2011). 4. Working hours: 8 hours of basic working hours, 7 hours of overtime, 15 (1) hours in total (1) hours of night work (the Wage Agreement, 2009 through 201).
From July 2009 to November 2012, the Defendant calculated and paid overtime work allowances, night work allowances, annual allowances, and weekly leave allowances (hereinafter “each of the above allowances”) to the Plaintiffs on the basis of the urgency stipulated in the above wage agreement (hereinafter “basic pay”), and then multiplied by the average wage calculated by dividing the sum of various allowances and the monthly basic pay for three months before retirement by the number of days in the above three months, the average wage calculated by dividing the sum of the total allowances and the monthly basic pay for three months before retirement by the number of days in the above three months.
