Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who is not a licensed real estate agent is prohibited from using the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto, the defendant operated real estate in the name of "C real estate" from February 1, 2012, using the name "C real estate representative A" and used the name similar to that of the licensed real estate agent.
