Defendant

A is the brokerage assistant of the “E Real Estate Brokerage Office” located in Northern-gu, Northern-gu, and Defendant B is the representative of the said “E Real Estate Brokerage Office” and is a licensed real estate agent.

1. No person other than the defendant A licensed real estate agent shall use the name of licensed real estate agent or any other name similar thereto;

Nevertheless, around August 201, Defendant A used the name “A,” stating “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office Representative A” at the above E-real estate brokerage office office, and used the name “(State)F and E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office A” at the same office around September 2012.

2. Defendant B used the name similar to that of the licensed real estate agent at the time and place of the above paragraph (1) in connection with the business of the E Real Estate Brokerage Office (E) operated by Defendant B.
