A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a child of D who has long been close to C with the victim.
1. A thief around July 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a thief deposit passbook (Account Number F) from the victim C’s house, which was located at the bottom of the bed; and (b) stolen it.
2. The crime on July 17, 2012;
A. At around 09:44, July 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “F”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “F” on the account number column, “F” on the date column, and “C” in the name of the subscriber column, and then forged one written request for deposit in the name of “C”, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the Defendant, with the intention of exercising the seal affixed by the Defendant’s personal seal affixed to the name following the name; (b) the Defendant, in the above door-to-door post office located in the village of occupation and occupation, could not be aware of the forgery; and (c) the Defendant exercised it as if the aforementioned forged written request for deposit was a document duly formed with the signature of the relevant public official in charge of the post office in charge of the post office.

3. The crime on July 24, 2012;
A. On July 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “F” in the account number column, “F” in the amount column, “F million won” in the date column, and “C” in the account name column; and (b) indicated “C” in the account number column, on the name of the subscriber column, on the written request for deposit located at the above office around 13:07, the Defendant’s use of official seals.
