Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 10,00,000 won, Defendant B and C by a fine of 3,000,000 won, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who acquired Korean nationality through naturalization in Vietnam in around 2009, operates Vietnam food store in G market located in Sinsi-si F in Sinsi-si, and Defendant B is a foreigner of Vietnam who resides in Sinsi-si and works as an I factory worker in Sinsi-si, and Defendant C is a person who works in the company "J" and is performing duties, such as medical tourists and attracting students.
1. Where any person intends to import goods from a criminal defendant A and B, he/she shall report to the head of a customs office the name, size, quantity and price of the goods concerned and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree
Nevertheless, Defendant A requested Defendant B, who is a relative, to enter the Republic of Korea with two chain-type gold bars (total of 600 g and 300 g). Defendant B, upon entering Vietnam, offered to keep the company’s personal body, etc. and to import the company into the Incheon International Airport on February 27, 2015. Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea on February 27, 2015, by taking advantage of 728 U.S. A and 728 U.S., and the above chain-type gold bars (market price of 28,512,000 g) and was discovered in the process of inspection of multi-customs personal effects (market price of 28,512,000) without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office.
2. When any person intends to import goods for joint crimes by defendants A and C, he/she shall report to the head of a customs office the name, size, quantity and price of the goods concerned and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree
Nevertheless, on March 21, 2015, Defendant A asked Defendant C, who entered the Republic of Korea at the same time, to import a gold tamp to Korea, and he/she also conspired to import smuggling into the Republic of Korea without filing a customs report in a disguised manner by wearing one gold tamp to himself/herself, using personal goods. On March 21, 2015, the Defendants entered the Republic of Korea at around 06:30, 2015, using the VN418, Vietnam-Namn Air VN418, and the tamp to Incheon International Airport.
