A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and by a fine of forty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person of Vietnamese nationality who works as a female crew member of Asia or aviation.

Any person who intends to import, export or return goods shall file a report thereon with the head of a customs office on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

The Defendant, who came to know in Vietnam, transported gold bars from Vietnam to Korea, and transferred to a designated person, had the horses to pay US$ 400 on the pretext of gold 1 km per km, with the intention of having the horses paid to the designated person, and having the gold tamping transport work.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (customs duties) at Vietnam around June 5, 2017, and one kg in conspiracy

Then, 10 gold bars were concealed in the vicinity of the Gunn by using the defendant's clothes and her clothes, were loaded in Asia and the 736 Z, and entered the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon Airport as the Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, with a total cost of 460,100,000 won (the total market value of 504,350,000 won) and did not report to the customs collector 10,000 gold bars (10 km), and were attempted to import them by way of entering the customs office, without having reported to the customs collector 10,000 won.

2. Violation of the Customs Act;

A. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was sealed on May 30, 201; (b) 1 km from Vietnam around May 30, 2017.

The two gold bars were concealed in the above manner, and entered the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Airport as the Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, 272,000 won of the cost of the goods (the total market value of KRW 100,584,000) without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office.

B. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was smugglinged on June 2, 2017; and (b) 1 km from Vietnam around June 2, 2017.

After concealing three gold bars in the above manner, it is located in the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on board 732 Asian or Air Z in the Poet Airport of Vietnam and 272.
