Punishment of the crime
[2015 Gohap 178] Defendant A, B
1. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (e.g., deceptive scheme) committed around 03:00 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim K (e.g., the age of 14) contacted by J around 03:0, and Defendant C her talked in the NAW car adjacent to the LM post office located in the NAW car located in the Defendant’s NAW car, thereby bringing the victim to drinking the said victim’s me.”
