A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The applicant for an order to observe the protected person shall be subject to the protection observation for a period of three years.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts] The defendant and the claimant for an order to observe the protected juvenile (hereinafter "defendant") are the father and father of the victim C (nex, D birth).
