A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2015, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Daegu District Court on November 30, 2015.

On May 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on May 19, 2020 and continued to drive the said car in front of the Daegu Northern-gu E commercial building.

Since there are frequent vehicles and driving vehicles, they have a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by checking the front side and the left and right of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and drives a vehicle immediately in order to steals a vehicle without a driver's license.
