A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,00,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving) at the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on September 15, 2017.

On May 24, 2020, the Defendant driven B K7 cars while under the influence of alcohol with about 0.141% alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do to the front of D in the same city.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.
