Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

【2020 Maz. 1639】

1. Crimes on November 20, 2019;

A. On November 20, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), driven a bicycle with an engine device without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from around C convenience stores in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and up to about 50 meters from around D of Daegu-gu, 2019 to around D.

(b) No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate an automobile not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven the two-wheeled automobile that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as stated in paragraph 1(a).

2. Crimes on January 29, 2020

A. On January 29, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), driven a bicycle for a motor device without obtaining a motor device driver's license from the section of approximately 3 km from the French north-gu (Seoul) to the front of the Daegu North-gu (F) around 19:10 on January 29, 202.

B. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act driving a two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as stated in Article 2(1).

3. Crimes on February 18, 2020

A. On February 18, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), driven a bicycle with a motor device without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from the 2km section from the dong-dong, Daegu Northern-dong, Daegu-gu, G apartment to the front side of the G apartment in Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license.

B. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act driving a two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as stated in Article 3(1).

4. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime (driving without a license) on March 21, 2020, i.e., a motor bicycle driver’s license in the section of approximately 3 km from the French-dong, Daegu Northern-dong on March 21, 2020 to the front of the H NN distance.
