Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2010, the Defendant offered a proposal to offer 2 million won for a disguised marriage with a foreigner from a new park located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and from a disguised marriage hub B, the Defendant conspired with the above B and C to report a disguised marriage with a foreigner of the illegal stay of Vietnam nationality.

Around July 15, 2010, the Defendant found the above B and C to the public service center of the Mayang-si Office of the Mayang-dong 530, Ansan-dong 530, Ansan-si. Around July 15, 2010, the Defendant and C prepared a marriage report with the content that they were married although they did not have been married, and submitted the above marriage report to the public official in charge of the above public service of the Gu office who was aware of the fact that they were married, and had the said public official enter the same as

As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above B and C to make a false report to the public official to record false facts in the family register information system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, at the public service center of the Maan-gu Office, the Defendant used the aforementioned computerized information system to store and operate the records of false facts.
