Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a disguised marriage broker, received 2 million won from B, was willing to make a disguised marriage with Vietnam.

On July 15, 2010, the Defendant prepared and submitted a false marriage report with the Vietnam female C, as if they were married.

However, the defendant has no intention to live as a married couple due to marriage C.

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above marriage report and allowed a public official in charge of viewing the above family register to enter the same into the marriage relation column of the family register information system to the effect that "the defendant and C were married", and around that time, to keep this in electronic form.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the defendant made a false report to the public official, and made it recorded false facts in the family register information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it.
