A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On November 8, 2014, the Defendant came to a F cafeteria operated by the victim E in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on November 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the window of the above cafeteria male toilet in his hand; (b) went into the cafeteria; (c) went into the cafeteria; and (d) took 110,000 won in cash, which was contained in the cafeteria’s account book, and 10,000 won in cash, which was contained in the cafeteria’s account book; and (d) stolen the property worth KRW 120,000 in total.

B. On November 12, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) was an I cafeteria operated by the victim H in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) opened an unrecepted main meeting; and (c) opened an unrecepted main meeting; and (d) made up one HOM Ba at the market price of 40,000 won on the settlement stand; (b) one 15,300 won in cash contained in the money receipt box; (c) one new credit card; and (d) cut off the property amounting to KRW 5,300 in total, with one 5,300 in money receipt and disbursements.

C. At around 20:00 on November 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed door and made up of a container used as a lodging room operated by the Victim K in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) made up of it, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 504,000,000 in total, holding one cellular phone in the gallon, one driver’s license in the victim’s name, and one gallon’s license in the victim’s name, and one gallon’s property in the simple safe located on the book.

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, the victim N in the first floor in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si came to fall under the category ofO operated by the victim N; (b) and (c) through the back of the opening, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with one DNA verification 15,000 won at the market price and one nitrote.

2. Larceny;

A. On October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on October 30, 2014, at the Scafeteria operated by the victim Q Q in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim locked at the Scafeteria, using the cresh in thereby making use of one gallon set of three mobile phones equivalent to the market value of 880,000 won.
