Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on October 28, 1990, married with the Victim B on 28, 1990, has been operating his house from June 15, 200.

1. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, Hanam-si C Apartment 104 14 dong 1401; and (b) on the part of the victim, the victim took a bath to the victim; (c) went beyond the victim’s bridge; and (d) went back the victim’s head and chest due to drinking and growth.

At around 22:00, the Defendant continued to drink the victim's head who was in a safe room without any justifiable reason.
