Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the E Nursing Institute in the fourth floor of the building Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

In order to obtain a license for an assistant nurse, he/she shall complete a training course for at least 780 hours at a general hospital, etc. entrusted by the head of a private teaching institute for training of an assistant nurse.

The Defendant prepared a false statement of “certificate of completion of an assistant nurse’s curriculum” to ensure that students who did not complete the statutory curriculum can obtain a certificate of assistant nurse’s qualification, as he/she had qualifications to undergo the qualifying examination for assistant nurse’s qualification.

On March 31, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around March 31, 201, without having completed the course of the theoretical education course for a nurse from March 15, 201 to March 11, 201, the Defendant prepared a false statement of completion of the curriculum for a nurse, and issued it to the said F.

F was issued a assistant nurse’s license by submitting a false educational course completion certificate to a public official in charge of the name in knowledge of the circumstances at the Daegu Metropolitan City Health Policy Office on April 201, 201, when applying for the issuance of an assistant nurse’s license at the Daegu Metropolitan City Health Policy Office.

In addition, the Defendant conspiredd with 57 students on April 201 to September 10, 201, and interfered with the issuance of each City/Do health policy and a public official's assistant nurse's qualification certificate by a deceptive scheme over 57 times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 57.
