Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In order to obtain a qualification certificate for an assistant nurse, at least 740 hours of theoretical education at a private teaching institute for fostering assistant nurse, the defendant has falsely prepared a certificate of completion of the curriculum for an assistant nurse as if he/she had qualifications for the qualification examination for an assistant nurse, and had them acquire a qualification certificate for an assistant nurse.

Around March 29, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false certificate of completion of the curriculum for an assistant nurse as if he/she completed 740 hours, even though he/she completed 690 hours of the subject education, and as if he/she completed 665 hours of the subject education, the Defendant falsely prepares a false certificate of completion of the curriculum for an assistant nurse as if he/she completed 740 hours of the subject education even though he/she completed 665 hours of the subject education, and prepares a false certificate of completion of the curriculum for an assistant nurse as if he/she completed 740 hours of 685 hours of the subject education while completing 685 hours of the subject education, and submits a false certificate of completion of the curriculum for an assistant nurse to the public official in charge, as if he/she had completed the legal curriculum and completed it, and the above D, E, and F have passed the qualifying examination for an assistant nurse on March 10, 2012.

The Defendant, at around April 24, 2012, submitted a false certificate of the completion of the assistant nurse’s training course to G in charge of the health and sanitation of the 2nd office building of Gyeonggi-do, which is located in 800, Masan-si, Do Government-si, to G, and submitted a false certificate of the completion of the assistant nurse’s training course under the name of the Gyeonggi-do Governor around May 7, 2012, thereby allowing the Defendant to obtain the assistant nurse’s license under the name of the Gyeonggi-do Governor, thereby managing the qualifying examination for the assistant nurse’
