Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From March 2007, the Defendant is a person who has operated a DNA assistant nurse training institute in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 5th floor.

In order to have a certificate issued after applying for the qualifying examination for assistant nurse, he/she shall complete at least 740 hours of education at a school for the training of assistant nurse and at a medical institution or public health clinic for at least 780 hours.

The Defendant, a document necessary for obtaining a certificate of an assistant nurse’s license, issued falsely in the name of his/her private teaching institute. The “certificate of an assistant nurse’s license” was issued falsely in the name of his/her private teaching institute. The “certificate of an assistant nurse’s license” was assigned by the director of the E Hospital Nursing division, and had F, the Defendant’s wife, who is in charge of the course lecture at his/her private teaching institute, arbitrarily prepared the course lecture, and conspired with F by submitting it to the issuing agency of an assistant nurse’

Around May 20, 2011, the Defendant: (a) knew at the office of the pertinent private teaching institute office that he/she had not completed the training course for a nurse for at least 400 hours at the hospital E; (b) requested F to issue a certificate of completion of training for G and request it.

F around May 20, 201, at the E Hospital Nursing Office located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, with the aim of exercising its authority, the F entered “the Certificate of Teaching Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice for the Defendant” column of “the 17 March 17, 201 to May 20, 201,” “400 hours in the total practice hours column,” and “5 20 May 20, 2011 on the date of publication,” respectively, at the issuer column, one copy of the Certificate of Practice Practice Practice Practice Practice in the name of the E Hospital Director, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the Head of E Hospital, and the Defendant passed the qualification examination for the assistant nurse on April 9, 201, at the Seoul National Health Policy Office and Office of Seoul, and at the first half of 2012.
