A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. 2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Fraudulent and Credit Specialized Financial Services, along with E, shall be able to use the stolen bank cream card as above, and at the J convenience store located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City around July 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported the network around the above convenience store; (b) upon the purchase of the goods amounting to KRW 100,000 in the market price, E presented the He bank cke card, signed on the sales slip, and received the said goods from around the above date to July 13:29, 2014; and (c) upon the purchase of the goods equivalent to KRW 764,300 in a total amount of 14 times in accordance with the list of crimes as described above, E obtained economic benefits or acquired economic benefits, as above.
