Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2012, at around 17:30 on August 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) kept the 1st floor of Cridge B located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) cut off the victim D with anti-pact 1 punishment equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, the market price of KRW 200,000,000; (c) one malicious book equivalent to KRW 10,000,000, the market price of KRW 10,000,000; and (d) one handphone charging device.
