B and Defendant C are married couple, and Defendant A is the children of Defendant B, and Victim E is the F, and Victim G (V, 30 years of age) is the father and wife of E.

Defendants and victims have been in a number of disputes since about 10 years ago due to land boundary, parking problems, etc.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 14, 2015, around 12:15, the Defendant infringed upon a residence by entering the house via the gate opened to question the complaint about the request for the movement of the Defendant parked in front of the main gate and comply with it.

B. While the Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1’s paragraph (a) and at the place, had five persons, such as Defendant’s family members and FI, etc., he publicly insultingd the victim G by citing that “I do not have the effect on the part of this year, I am walk walk walk in the same year.”

The Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the date and time set forth in paragraph 1(a), and at the place set forth in paragraph 1(b), and having been seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, once in his/her hand.

2. Defendant B

A. In the date and time stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant infringed upon the residence by entering the house through the gate, which was opened to comply with the request for the movement of a vehicle A parked in front of gate from G, at the place of the entry in paragraph (1) of this Article.

B. While the Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1’s paragraph (a) and at the place, had five persons, such as family members of the Defendant and FI, etc., he publicly insultd the victim G by referring to “the same year as the cirth day.”

3. Defendant C

A. The Defendant who intrudes upon a residence is dissatisfied with a request for the movement of a vehicle A parked in front of the main gate at the time and place described in paragraph 1(a).
