A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs;

A. On October 13, 2015, at the “C convenience store” located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) delivered ethyl ethyl et al. containing ethyls containing m (hereinafter “Switzerland”) 30 lines to D; and (b) received money from D on October 14, 2015, KRW 150,000,000, under its name, from D, to the national bank account in the name of E.

B. On October 14, 2015, at around 15:00 on October 14, 2015, the Defendant, using the convenience store line at the port of port 1, delivering to F a stroke that contains a stroke m (hereinafter “stroke m”), a stroke m (hereinafter “stroke m”), and received from F a national bank account in the name of E, KRW 50,00 in the name of the stroke m.

On October 16, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant, using the convenience store line at around 15:00 at a place indicated in the port of port 1:00, delivered F 10 strokes, and received from F 50,000 won under the name of E to the national bank account in the name of E.

(d)

On October 16, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) transported ethyl 10,000 to G using convenience store lines at a place indicated in the port of entry at around 16:0; (b) received money from G to the national bank account in the name of E in the name of the purchase price.

E. On October 27, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) transported ethyl 10,000 to G using convenience store lines at a place indicated in the port of entry at around 1, 2015; and (b) received transfer from G to the national bank account in the name of E, KRW 50,00,00 in the name of the price.

F. On October 30, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 120,000,000 from G to a national bank account in the name of “E” and delivered ethyl 24,000,000 to G using the convenience store line at the place indicated in paragraph (a) around November 2, 2015.

G. On November 13, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant, using the convenience store line at the place indicated in 1:00 at around 1’s (a), delivers to H four (4) strokes; and transfers KRW 20,000,00 in the name of the price from H, to the national bank account under the name of E.
