A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, by a fine of KRW 3 million, and by a fine of KRW 1 million.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. On December 29, 2016, at around 21:30 on December 29, 2016, the Defendants damaged special property, prior to the Housing Promotion Center, “G”, the victim F in Yeonsu-gu Incheon City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Defendant A set the entrance door of the said Housing Promotion Center as a dangerous object, and Defendant B set off the said entrance as a wooden stop, and then destroyed the said entrance so that the repair cost would amount to KRW 275,000.

As a result, the defendants conspired to carry dangerous goods and damaged the victim F's property.

B. Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint violation of structure) continued to have damaged the entrance doors of the above Housing Promotion Center managed by the victim H at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a) and went into the housing promotion center without being installed outside the above Housing Promotion Center.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded on the structure managed by the victim H.

2. Defendant C

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1(a), reported that the entrance door of the Housing Publicity Center was damaged and entered into the said house, as described in paragraph 1(a).

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim H.

B. At the time stated in paragraph 1(a), the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim H(50) face by drinking from the second floor of the above house publicity hall to the victim’s face one time, and knife the victim by hand, and caused the victim’s face part once every time to the next part of the victim’s face, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. Defendant D: (a) around 00:00 on December 30, 2016 and around 01:07 on the same day; (b) the victim H who manages the above public relations center on two occasions from the public relations center for housing specified in paragraph (a) around 01:07 at around two occasions does not manage the above public relations center; and (c) the victim’s housing promotion center by force.
