Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on February 9, 2017, and was released on June 23, 2017 from the Ganpo Prison to the revocation of detention on September 15, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 15, 2017, and is currently being repeated.
[Criminal facts]
1. On April 18, 2018, at around 05:03, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door that is not corrected by the victim D (E) owned by the victim D(E) who is parked on the said road while the vehicle’s hair was fluored in front of the entrance of the C Building, and stolen the vehicle with approximately KRW 50,000,000 in cash stored in the said vehicle’s grobbbbes.
2. On April 29, 2018, around 04:38, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle that was parked in front of the e-mail No. 101-dong No. 4, 138, the victim F, and stolen KRW 200,000,000 in cash of the wallet in the said vehicle, which was parked in front of the e-mail No. 101-dong No. 4, 138.
3. On May 9, 2018, around 01:42, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle not corrected by the victim H 3 vehicle (I) located in the underground parking lot located in the e letter 2-137 Ariju 2, Ariju 2, 137, and stolen the vehicle with cash of KRW 10,000 and cash stored in the front receiving space of the said vehicle and KRW 200,000, which was left in the said vehicle’s front receiving space.
4. On May 24, 2018, around 01:19, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle not corrected by the victim J-owned vehicle (K) that was parked in the second apartment parking lot of 100-11, an Ambdo-ro 100-11, on May 24, 2018; and (b) stolen the vehicle with a cash approximately KRW 45,000, which was kept in the said vehicle’s grobbbbes.
5. On May 31, 2018, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle owned by the victim Lane (M) which is parked in the front parking lot of 4601 blue apartment 102, as at the time of 02:40 on May 31, 2018, and approximately KRW 63,000 in cash of the wall in the said vehicle.
