A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:10 on November 4, 2017, at night, intruded the victim D’s house, which was installed on the outer wall of the building, and opened and intruded with an open door by the victim’s house; (b) 150,000 won in cash in the wall, which was located at that place, was invaded by the victim’s house, for a total of four occasions, such as a list of crimes (1) of the list of crimes committed; and (c) 508,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victims at that place, was carried out.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence at night every four times in total, and stolen the victims' property.

2. On January 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected in front of the house of the Victim F in the Victim F in the Ma at Salymbling on January 4, 2018; and (b) intruded with the inside of the inside; (c) had a cash of KRW 3,000,000 owned by the victim in the middle of his/her sexual harassment; and (d) invaded the victim’s house over 14 occasions, such as the previous list of crimes (2) with a total of KRW 10,464,00,00, which is the cash owned by the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence 14 times in total, and stolen the victims' property.

3. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim H I cargo vehicles parked on the road near G on February 13, 2018, and opened and opened an unrecepted cargo vehicle; and (b) stolen the said cargo vehicle with cash amounting to KRW 8,700,000, which is owned by the victim in the front seat of the said cargo vehicle.

4. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around April 20, 2018; (b) around 19:39, the Defendant: (c) opened a closed gate in front of the warehouse of the article K in the city of o’s (ju) and intrudes into the parking lot inside the warehouse; and (d) opened a door in which the victim’s M vehicle parked in the said place is not corrected.
