A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On May 14, 2018, around 08:18, the Defendant: (a) opened a 143-ro 6-1 mobilization street in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do; (b) opened a door of the victim-owned vehicle, the victim-owned by the victim R, and used the key stored in the said vehicle, and (c) driven the said vehicle and stolen it.

B. On May 18, 2018, at around 13:55, the Defendant discovered a VNF rocketing car, U, and opened a door on the front of Ulsan-gu Twit-gu Twit-gu, the victim of which was not corrected. Around 20,000 won of the total number of the victims stored inside the said vehicle, the Defendant stolen the vehicle.

On May 18, 2018, the Defendant discovered the victim X-owned vehicle in front of Ulsan-gu W on the road in Ulsan-gu W, Ulsan-gu, W, and opened a door of a vehicle with no correction. Cash KRW 100,000, the victim-owned cash owned by the victim, and KRW 100,000, and KRW 100,00,000, which is the victim-owned body card of Daegu Bank, which is the victim-owned Z, was stolen.

On May 24, 2018, around 02:52, the Defendant found AB parking lots located in Ulsan-gu AA, Ulsan-gu, that are owned by the victim AC, opened a door of a vehicle that is not corrected and used a key stored in the said vehicle, and used the key stored in the said vehicle, the Defendant driven the said vehicle and stolen it.

2. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant attempted to withdraw a thief’s deposit by having the Daegu Bank’s Zine card in the name of Z, as Paragraph 1(c), and entering the password in the cash withdrawal machine installed at the Nam-gu AE and the first floor AF convenience store managed by the victim AF convenience store. However, the Defendant failed to withdraw the password due to an error of recognition of the password and failed to do so.
