Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the purport of the Plaintiff and Defendant E’s conclusion of a consulting agreement, etc., the Plaintiff was established by holding an inaugural general meeting on November 10, 2015, which was after the conclusion of the instant consulting agreement. The signing of the said consulting agreement is an organization organized to promote the snowation, etc. of the A Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “former Promotion Committee”).
D) However, the Plaintiff appears to have succeeded to all the rights and obligations arising from the former promotion committee’s acts, and the Defendants are not also disputing. Thus, the Plaintiff does not distinguish between the former promotion committee and the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff and all “Plaintiff”. The Defendant E Co., Ltd. (1) The consulting agreement for real estate development (hereinafter referred to as “instant consulting agreement”) with the following content:

2) Defendant E: (a) The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the matters concerning the contract under which the Plaintiff et al. delegate to Defendant E the duties of a real estate sales contract with respect to the new housing construction project conducted by the Plaintiff et al. for the Daegu Jung-gu and 6,622 of the District Association. Defendant E shall perform each of the following duties: (b) Defendant E entered into a real estate sales contract for the real estate within the project site: (c) the amount of payment for the name map (service cost) under Article 3(2) of the performance and management of the name map (excluding additional tax) and operating expenses each month for the first 10,000,000 won (10,000 won) for the first 10,000,000 won (10,000,000 won) for the second 40,000,000 won (20,000 won); and
4. Defendant E is a real estate sales contract.
