1. Defendant F Co., Ltd.:
A. The purchaser of the real estate sales contract stated in the attached list No. 1 to Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the purport of the Plaintiff and Defendant FF’s conclusion of a consulting contract with the Plaintiff and Defendant F, the Plaintiff was established by holding an inaugural general meeting on November 10, 2015, which was after the conclusion of the instant consulting contract. The signing of the said consulting contract is an organization organized to promote the establishment, etc. of the A Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “former Promotion Committee”).
D) However, the Plaintiff appears to have succeeded to all the rights and obligations arising from the former promotion committee’s acts, and the Defendants are not also dissatisfied with them. Thus, the Plaintiff does not distinguish between the former promotion committee and the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff and all “Plaintiff”. The Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) on June 25, 2015.
(1) The consulting agreement for real estate development (hereinafter referred to as “instant consulting agreement”) with the following content:
A) The consulting contract for real estate development was concluded. A: The Plaintiff and G (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff, etc.”) are collectively referred to in this contract.
2) Defendant F: (a) The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the matters concerning the contract under which the Plaintiff et al. delegate the duties of a real estate sales contract to Defendant F with respect to the new housing construction project under the local union with respect to H of Daegu-gu and H 6,622, implemented by the Plaintiff et al.; (b) Defendant F shall perform each of the following duties; (c) Defendant F shall execute and manage the real estate sales contract within the project site: (d) the time for payment of the 10,000,000 won for the first performance-based performance-based 10,000,000 won for June 1, 200, when the first performance-based 80,000,000 won for the first performance-based 10,000,000 won for the second performance-based 4,400,000 won for the second performance-based performance-based 8,300,000 won for the establishment of the association;
4. Defendant F is a real estate sales contract.
