1. Defendant G Co., Ltd.:
A. The purchaser of the real estate sales contract stated in the attached list No. 1 to Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the purport of the Plaintiff and Defendant G Co., Ltd.’s written evidence Nos. 12 and 24 and the overall purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff was established by holding an inaugural general meeting on November 10, 2015, which was after the conclusion of the instant consulting agreement. The conclusion of the said consulting agreement is an organization organized to promote the snowation, etc. of the A Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “former Promotion Committee”).
D) However, the Plaintiff appears to have succeeded to all the rights and obligations arising from the former promotion committee’s acts, and the Defendants do not dispute them. Thus, the Plaintiff does not distinguish between the former promotion committee and the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff and all “Plaintiff”. The Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant G”) on June 25, 2015.
(1) The consulting agreement for real estate development (hereinafter referred to as “instant consulting agreement”) with the following content:
A) The consulting contract for real estate development was concluded. A: Plaintiff and H (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiff, etc.” in this contract.
2) Defendant G: (a) The purpose of this Agreement is to determine matters concerning the contract under which the Plaintiff et al. delegate the duties of a real estate sales contract to Defendant G with respect to the new housing construction project conducted by the Plaintiff et al. for the Daegu Jung-gu and 6,622, in relation to the housing construction project conducted by the Plaintiff et al.; (b) Defendant G shall perform each of the following duties; (c) Defendant G entered into a real estate sales contract for the real estate in the project site; (d) the amount of payment for the name of Article 3 (service cost) of the performance and management of the name map (excluding additional tax) and operating expenses each month for the first 10,000,000 won of the first 10,000 won of the first 10,000 won of the 10,000,000 won of the second performance-based performance-based 4,00,000 won of the 3rd performance-based performance-based 80,000 won of the association establishment
4. Defendant G is a real estate sales contract.
