Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around Kimpo-si apartment C, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, around 00:55, on the ground that the coarption ordered by the victim D (59) was delivered late, the Defendant was faced with the victim’s head by the gas gun in his possession; (b) the victim got the head of the victim; (c) followed the escape of the victim to the nearby guard room, followed the escape of the victim by the escape victim; and (d) caused the victim’s chest by having two tights, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (e) caused the victim’s injury, such as brain, which had no one where there is no one for two weeks of medical treatment.
