A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

B. On February 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a car in the section of approximately 2 km from the roads near Pyeongtaek-si (Seoul High School) to the private road near the same city E without obtaining a driver’s license on February 25, 2018; and (b) driven a car in the section of approximately 2 km from the road near Pyeongtaek-si (Seoul High School) to the private road in the same city E.

2. The Defendant: (a) while driving a car in front of Pyeongtaek-si B on the roads of Pyeongtaek-si during the suspension period of a driver’s license for a temporary passenger car in accordance with Article 1, the Defendant got the front part of the G driving car into the Defendant’s front part of the car.

At around that time, the Defendant had concerns over regulating the foregoing traffic accident by driving without a license, and asked I to “The traffic accident has occurred, the vehicle accident is still suspended, and the driver's license is at the present time and the crackdown is made on the unlicensed driving.” At the same time, I had the mind that I would lead to the confession of the false driving.

Accordingly, I made a false statement to K to the Chief of Gyeonggi-gu Police Station J District of Gyeonggi-gu Police Station that "on his/her own initiative to drive", and on November 19, 2017, I made a false statement to the effect that he/she was present at the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station L office in the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station and made a false statement to the effect that he/she was killed while driving.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted I to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the SPS area.
