1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,500,000;

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On November 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven the KS5 car without a vehicle driver’s license from the front day of permanent residence C to the front day of the same city at the same time.

B. The Defendant: (a) contacted B, who was a de facto spouse, to conceal the fact that he driven the said K5 vehicle without a driver’s license as stated in the preceding paragraph; (b) asked B to state that he driven the said vehicle; and (c) asked B to make a false confession.

Thus, B made a false statement to G of the F District Department of the Permanent Police Station at the front of D at the time of permanent residence as stated in the preceding paragraph, stating that “a person caused an accident while driving the said vehicle” and prepared and submitted a written statement to that effect.

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (b) of Article 1, made a false statement to G members of the Permanent Police Station F District Department of the Permanent Police Station who was dispatched to the site according to the teachers of A, a actual driver, on the grounds that the Defendant did not cause any traffic accident while driving a vehicle in EK5 at the above location at the time set forth in paragraph (b), and prepared and submitted a written statement to that effect.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
