Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 5, 2015, at around 02:40, the Defendants: (a) were parked in the 1113 parking lots of Yongsan-dong, Yongsan-dong, Yongsan-dong, Yongsan-do, 113, and had one copy of the credit card (credit card number F) owned by the victim D, which was located in the 113 parking lots; (b) opened an unlocked vehicle and entered it together, and kept one copy of the credit card (credit card number F) owned by the victim.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 03:08 on the same day, the Defendants purchased 1 A tobacco at the first point of the operation of the victim H in G, and 4,500 won of tobacco price by presenting the victim as if the victim had a legitimate right to use the same as above, and received delivery of 1 A tobacco.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire the above tobacco 1 A from the victim and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

B. At around 03:22 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) boarded a taxi with the victim’s name-free driver’s name; (b) moved to K of the first floor J of the Council of the Government, and (c) presented the stolen credit card to the victim as if he had been duly entitled to use the same; and (b) paid KRW 6,000 of the taxi fee, as if

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to obtain the benefit of 6,000 won from the taxi fee by deceiving the victim and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

3. The Defendants conspired to commit fraud, around 04:01 on the same day, received an order of skin and alcohol from the above K as to the operation of the victim L, and attempted to pay food by presenting the stolen credit card to the victim as if the legitimate right of use was granted, but failed to commit a wind with no approval of the credit card due to the theft report.
