On July 24, 2016, at around 13:40, the Defendant driven a vehicle with 2m a volume B SM3 vehicle at the second floor parking lot in Changwon-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.163% of blood alcohol level.
