When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant driven a 500-meter B K5 vehicle from the roads near the Heak Parking Lot in the Changwon-gu, Sungwon-si to the roads near the above upper south-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.060% of blood alcohol level.
