The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.126%, was driven by the Defendant, on September 20, 2018, at around 05:51, on the road of approximately 1 km away from the top south-dong in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si to the front day of the same city, to the front day of the KBS distance.
