A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2014, at around 14:07, the Defendant: (a) sent a fright to the operation of the Agricultural Cooperative in Pyeongtaek-gu, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) sent out after receiving a report from the victim E, who was the victim of the Naan Police Station D, who was sent to the NA, and 20 persons, such as the agricultural personnel, customers, etc.; (c) and (d) reported to E, the Defendant “YY Y Y YY YY YY YY YYY YYY YYYY YYYYY YYYYYY YYYYYYY YYYYYY YYYYYYY YYYYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY YYY YYY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YYY YYYYY ACT YYYYYYYYYY.

On April 2, 2014, around 14:23, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender committing insult by talking and verbal abuse to police officers and the employees of the Agricultural Cooperative, and continuing to arrive at the police box located in G, with the above E, F, and Southern Agricultural Cooperative employees, with H and I, who were employees of H and I.

After the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties regarding criminal investigation by assaulting that “I want to dump the finger because I want to dump the finger, I am to sleep,” and then “I am to dumf, I do not see, I am to do so, I do not am to do so, I do not am to do so, I am to do so,” and assaulting the F and E face of the above F and E with water, and seeing aground on the floor of the police box, respectively.
