Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who serves as the president of the medical corporation B medical foundation D hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-si, Youngcheon-si.

A person related to a specific fire-fighting object shall conduct a regular self-inspection on fire-fighting systems, etc. installed in such object, or have a manager or a person qualified for technical qualification prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security conduct regular inspections.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not conduct a comprehensive precision inspection on November 10, 2017, which was the last day of the month to which the D Hospital of the Medical Foundation B belongs ( October 30, 1998) and submitted a report on the results of the comprehensive precision inspection on January 5, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control Act by failing to conduct a comprehensive precision inspection of fire-fighting systems within a given period.

2. The Defendant A medical corporation is a corporation that mainly performs medical practice, etc.

The defendant, a representative director A, committed the above violations in relation to the defendant's business at the same time and place as paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control Act by failing to conduct a comprehensive precision inspection of fire-fighting systems within a given period.
