The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person related to a specific fire-fighting object as the management ledger of the apartment house C in Seocho-gu, Seoan-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Fire Prevention and Installation, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems Act, a person related to a specific fire-fighting object shall regularly conduct self-inspection on fire-fighting systems, etc. installed in the object or regularly inspect the fire-fighting system manager or technician prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister until the month in which the approval for use is included, and shall conduct self-inspection on the fire-fighting system, etc. and its subject, qualifications of inspectors, inspection methods, frequency and time of inspection, and the duty of operation during six months from the month when comprehensive precision inspection is conducted pursuant to subparagraph 1(e)(1) of Article 18(1) of the Enforcement Rule of the Fire-Fighting Systems Act. However, a person related to a specific fire-fighting object under Article 25(1) of the Act on Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems shall conduct self-inspection on November 19, 2015, which belongs to the approval date for use of the building in C apartment building (on November 16, 1994).

Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the Suspension of Sentence (the form and degree of the crime of this case, the fact that the defendant recognizes and reflects the crime of this case, prompt correction of the violation, the fact that there is no record of criminal punishment in addition to minor fines in 2002, some of the circumstances may be taken into account in the course of the crime, and other factors such as the defendant's age, sex behavior, environment, etc.);
