Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

In addition, although a person subject to a request for attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the “defendant”) operates a small key point called “F”, he/she sells the said small key point due to excessive debts, and works as an employee at the place. Defendant B is a person who operates the restaurant called “G” for the same reason while operating the said small key point together with Defendant A.

1. Special larceny and attempted special larceny;

A. The Defendants attempted to steal high-priced precious metals by intrusion upon the bank of a person who is responsible for a debt due to a business depression.

On July 18, 2014, around 04:27, the Defendants came to the “J” page of the victim I’s operation in Echeon-si H, Leecheon-si, and Defendant B, while preparing to get out and escape out, reported the network coming from the surrounding person, and Defendant A attempted to break out cement block prepared in advance at the entrance of the above J, but failed to bring it out to damage only part of the glass.

As a result, the Defendants jointly destroyed door at night, intruded a structure, and stolen the victim's property, but did not commit it but did not commit it.

B. From July 22, 2014 to around 23:00 on July 22, 2014, the Defendants: (a) reported the network by the Defendant B at a public parking lot located in the 2-lane 1 of Taenam-Eup, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) the Defendant A stolen the front registration number plate of the Victim K, which was parked at the same time using the Bafra, owned by the Victim K and parked therein.

In addition, from July 22, 2014 to September 13, 2017, the Defendants stolen a registration number plate owned by each victim 14 times in total, as described in the attached Table 1, from around July 22, 2014 to around September 13, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victims' property.
