Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, “2015 Ma-Ma233, 2013,” promulgated that they will steal precious metals by deceiving the owner of the business and flying away from precious metals, as they pretended to be customers, and purchased precious metals in the gold bank. A.
From January 23, 2015, the Defendants: (a) around 13:23, 2015, the Victim F, operated by the Victim F, Asan City; (b) Defendant B, at the vicinity of the bank, went into the bank, and Defendant A, at the request of the bank, has stolen precious metals and escaped and promised to do so in advance; and (c) Defendant A, upon entering the said bank, stated that the victim would purchase the gold thro, the victim would have 1 gold throp (100,000 won) at the market price and escaped as it is.
B.
