A. Defendant B shall be responsible for the calculation of the value of the attached drawing among the buildings listed in the attached list.

A. The building listed in the attached list (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) is owned by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) and the designated parties (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff and designated parties”).

나. 원고 등은 2012. 12. 31. 피고 B과 사이에 이 사건 건물 중 별지 도면 표시 ㉤, ㉥, ㉦, ㉧, ㉤의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 “나”부분 29.75㎡에 관하여 임대기간을 2013. 1. 1.부터 2015. 12. 31.까지, 임대보증금을 1,000,000원, 월 임대료를 400,000원으로 하는 임대차계약을, 피고 C과 사이에 위 같은 도면 표시 ㉥, ㉨, ㉩, ㉦, ㉥의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 “다”부분 29.75㎡에 관하여 임대기간을 2013. 1. 1.부터 2015. 12. 31.까지, 임대보증금을 1,700,000원, 월 임대료를 500,000원으로 하는 임대차계약을, 피고 D과 사이에 위 같은 도면 표시 ㉨, ㉪, ㉫, ㉩, ㉨의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 “라”부분 29.75㎡에 관하여 임대기간을 2013. 1. 1.부터 2015. 12. 31.까지, 임대보증금을 700,000원, 월 임대료를 400,000원으로 하는 임대차계약을, 피고 E과 사이에 위 같은 도면 표시 ㉪, ㉬, ㉭, ㉫, ㉪의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 “마”부분 28.09㎡에 관하여 임대기간을 2013. 1. 1.부터 2015. 12. 31.까지, 임대보증금을 1,000,000원, 월 임대료를 400,000원으로 하는 임대차계약을, 피고 F과 사이에 위 같은 도면 표시 ㉬, ㉮, ㉯, ㉭, ㉬의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 “바”부분 29.75㎡(이하 위 ‘나, 다, 라, 마, 바’ 부분을 ‘이 사건 각 점포’라 한다)에 관하여 임대기간을 2013. 1. 1.부터 2015. 12. 31.까지, 임대보증금을 1,000,000원, 월 임대료를 320,000원으로 하는 임대차계약을 각 체결하였다
